Le Monceau

Oceanliner Rosewood Armchair. c. 1930

One for One | Status: Available in Chicago

Le Monceau was made for the room where the apartment received itself. A complete salon Art Déco in palissandre and original cream leather consisting of a lavish fauteuil and canapé, designed and built as a single ensemble — with curved wooden frames sweeping the arms in the high Parisian register, c. 1930. The leather has the patina of a hundred years of conversation. Original throughout, sold as a set. Authenticity assessed and certified.
